WHY MUST I MAKE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AT CHECKOUT?


All items are on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired item, it is recommended that you make your payment within 30 minutes of checking out.




HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?


All orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your item(s). If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.




HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?


All orders are sent from our local Post Office. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.




WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?


At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal payments as well.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?


All sales are final and we only issue a store credit. Please read our shipping and returns section on our website for more information.

All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects.




WHAT IF I ORDER SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?


We will remove the out of stock items and ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.




CAN YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS ANYWHERE?


Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.
